Hogs vs Humans Loading for the butcher

Loading on the trailer is never a good day, for hogs know when its time to go to the butcher.

Today was no different, 4.5 inches of rain, 8 inches of mud, and four mad hogs never make it a fun experience. It always seems to rain the 3 days leading up to loading day. Today was no different.

Below is from a comment from my facebook page, it's a fun comment, and one i had to share here.

Yes, Nick happened to show up at the wrong time. He came by to see if I had fixed the suburban, and i was standing in 8 inches of mud, covered chest to foot. He stood back reluctantly, thinking Im just going to leave, but then he watched and offered to help, or jumped in rather. Then 2 got loose and the chase was on.

We will have to hire a camera man. Or start a reality tv show. Humans vs hogs. Just so We have an extra hand to record it. Rose was holding the fence, with Brandi as I was riding hogs and getting covered in hog shit and mud. Bailey was watching from the porch guarding Bentley and Zachary from the bacon monsters that knew their demise was near.

The squeals could be heard for miles, the screams by me could be heard in Space. But i rode those hogs as if they were Harleys, using the ears as handlebars and the hind legs as stirrups. Ride little piggy.
