Running circles

Everyone knows what it feels like to spin your wheels, or to chase your tail. The feeling of the inability to get anything done.

Today we didn't manage to accomplish a lot of farm duties, due to multiple deliveries to Kansas City, then grocery shopping, and all of the driving, (basically the equivalent of driving to and from St. Louis.

Our numbers were good today, we sold 20 dozen eggs, and a half a hog.

Last night, a wild animal attempted to break into the coop, and pulled some of the wire off.

Brandi acommplished to fix that, this evening, as well as move the hens to a better/safer indoor sleeping area.

I on the other hand attended the Nascar race in Kansas City.

My ears aren't as tolerant as they once we're, the race ended 3 hours ago, and they are still ringing.

I returned home right at midnight, to find that invoices and charges are needed to be added into the computer, sent to customers and some invoices need to be rewritten and sent.

As I sit here tonight fighting to put something into words before I fall asleep, I find my eyes heavy tonight and unable to keep them open.

We've been running circles, every part of me is exhausted.

I know this one isnt as colorful as the other blogs, I promise I will make it up tomorrow.

Have a wonderful evening and I look forward to writing tomorrow.
